Waves Phillip Island is ideally located on the fringe of the main business district of Cowes, and is across the road from Cowes North facing beach and park area.
Waves Phillip Island offers two well appointed apartments within the complex, one situated on the ground floor and the other on the third floor.

These apartments have a lot to offer to both families and couples, with park area,
children's playgrounds and safe swimming beach just across the road, while shops, restaurants and Cafes all within a 5 minute walk of the apartment.

Accommodation
Apartment 321 is on the third floor with great views of the bay and picnic area on Cowes foreshore.
This apartment has two bedrooms with built in robes, two bathrooms one with a spa bath and a generous open living area as well as a kids retreat.
A well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and hot plates, while the main living area offers TV, DVD, radio, CD and tape player and has split system heating and cooling.
Kids retreat has a TV, VCR and a sofa bed. A balcony with great views of Westernport Bay, leads of the main living area as well as the main bedroom.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed while the second bedroom has a double bed and bunks.

Apartment 110 is on the ground floor has two rooms and a bathroom and can sleep a family of five or one couple in comfort.
The first room has two sections, one side features kitchenette with microwave and cooking facilities, kitchen table and wall-mounted TV.
The other area of this room offers additional sleeping arrangement of bunk beds and a trundle bed.
All beds have doonas with covers, pillows and extra blankets. Tenants are required to supply their own linen and bath towels.
The bathroom has a corner spa, separate shower and vanity.
Main room has a queen size bed, wardrobes and storage areas, reverse cycle heating and cooling, remote TV and video and a sitting area with two 2 seater couches.
This room leads out to a paved patio area.

All beds have doonas with covers, pillows and extra blankets. Tenants are required to supply their own linen and bath towels.
Both apartments have off street parking and shares Barbecue facilities.
