T-Cat Charter operates from Phillip Island, Victoria, and is the fastest charter boat on Phillip Island,
therefore you will spend less time travelling and more time fishing, sightseeing or diving.
The "T-CAT" is a 7 metre (23’) Devil Cat powered by twin 115 h.p. Johnson engines.
Being a twin hull boat, T-cat provides a stable, fast and reliable charter with the added piece of mind of twin engine safety.

T-Cat Charters specialise in catering for small groups of 4 to 9 passengers, and offers both Off-shore and In-shore charters.
With Off-shore charters are in Bass Strait where we can accommodate up tp 7 passengers, while our In-shore charters are in Westernport Bay.
With small group sizes, T-Cat Charters can deliver a more personal and comfortable fishing charter experience!

Introdung the Wontama
We have recently acquired a second vessel to accomodate the extra numbers and larger group bookings. The new vessel Wontama is 10.6m long and with a beam of 3.8m she is extremely stable and comfortable to fish out of.
We have invested a lot of time and money to provide our customers with good seating arrangements, and hygenic toilet & wash facilities using the latest vacuum fresh water toilet.
The Wontama is in MSV survey for up to 18 passengers in sheltered waters and up to 17 passengers in open waters. She is powered by a V8 Caterpillar Diesel and holds 1,000L of fuel, giving her a safe and reliable power plant with a massive cruising range.

Fishing Charters

T-Cat Fishing Charters can be tailored to your requirements either in shore waters of Westernport Bay fishing for Gummy Shark,
Seven Gill Shark, Elephant Shark, Snapper, Whiting, Salmon, Flathead, Tailor and other species.
For a more action packed fishing charter for Mako, Blue or Thresher sharks in the off shore waters of Bass Strait.
Snapper are currently in the bay, November & December, with good catches on our recent trip.

T-Cat charters have a number of fishing charter options available to everyones needs.
There are three in-shore charters available:
Five hour trips depart at 7:30 am and 12:30 pm while the 8 hour charters depapart at 7:30am.
Two hour twilight trips are avaliable and depart Rhyll at 5:30pm.

Off-shore shark charters are 10 hours in duration and depart at 7:30am.
Night trips available by arrangement.
T- Cat is in survey for 9 passengers for inshore waters and 7 passengers for offshore waters.
The boat is very comfortable with 6 passengers.
All rods, reels, tackle, bait, morning or afternoon tea provided and all anglers require a fishing licence.
